The one-handed, Z-shape fold is a breeze and it's extremely compact once you master it. It takes a few only a few seconds to unfold. However, our tester found the auto lock a bit confusing and as the handlebar wasn't locked into position when you press it, it landed on her legs when she used it. The four composite wheels made of rubber are ideal for pavements as well as urban terrain however they're not made for off-roading - they struggled on long grass and gravel and there's not much space between the bracket and the wheel, so mud got stuck easily. That being said our tester was still enthralled riding this buggy, and it did get up to some pretty muddy hills.

Our testers found the Nipper Double was incredibly easy to maneuver, even when walking on uneven ground or when turning fast in an area with a lot of traffic. The fact that the seats can be reclined independently was hugely appreciated.
They also appreciated that the hoods could be moved back and forward and back, making them much easier to adjust in the sun or to provide wind protection. Our testers did discover, however, that they didn't offer the same amount of coverage when compared to something like the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods which is why it's worthwhile to pack a rain cover in case of need.
Overall, our test participants loved the way the Nipper Double allowed them to take their twins Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods to rushing to the park to play with their friends. They were also impressed by how cosy and spacious the two seats are, with plenty of room for growing toddlers to sprawl out in. The lack of parent-facing seating and the inability to use car seats on this buggy were both noted as a disadvantage by our test participants. They would have also wanted a bigger storage space for shopping and other gear.
